Game One of the Eastern Conference finals went according to plan for the Celtics on Sunday.  Boston was able to slow down LeBron James in its 108-83 victory over the Cavaliers at TD Garden.  James was held to 15 points on 5-of-16 shooting due to a solid defensive effort led by Marcus Morris.  Morris also added 21 points and 10 rebounds as the Celtics took a 1-0 lead in the best-of-seven series.  Game Two is in Boston on Tuesday.

The highly-anticipated Western Conference finals tips off tonight.  The Rockets and Warriors square off in Houston for Game One.  Golden State is trying to reach the NBA Finals for a fourth consecutive year.

Golden State has eliminated the Rockets from the playoffs in two of the previous three seasons.
